We’re looking for a Google Ads Specialist (eCommerce, High-Spend) who is ready to take ownership of performance, optimize at scale, and directly impact revenue.

You haven't managed $300K+ monthly Google Ads spend
You don’t have experience with Google Shopping accounts with 10,000+ SKUs
Your background is primarily lead generation or small-budget accounts
You rely on basic campaign setups without deep feed optimization
You’re not comfortable being accountable for revenue performance

Google Ads is a core revenue driver at GTE, contributing to ~90% of total revenue.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling that channel further — improving performance, refining strategy, and driving measurable growth.

What You’ll Own & Build
Within your first 90 days, success will be measured by your ability to:
Develop and execute an improved Google Ads strategy
Restructure and optimize Shopping & PMAX campaigns for scale
Deliver 20%+ revenue growth from Google Ads
Own the account end-to-end (structure, bidding, feed optimization)
Build automation systems (scripts, workflows, feed rules)
Use data to refine segmentation, bidding, and performance
What We’re Looking For
We’re excited to work with someone who:
3+ years of hands-on Google Ads (eCommerce) experience
Proven track record managing large Shopping accounts (10,000+ products)
Experience managing high-budget campaigns ($300K+ monthly spend)
Strong ownership mindset — able to run accounts independently
Experience with automation (scripts, tools, workflows)
Strong knowledge of:
Google Ads
Google Merchant Center
Google Analytics
Bonus: Experience with Google CSS Labelizer
You should be analytical, results-driven, and comfortable being measured on real revenue impact.

Hiring Process
