We’re on the lookout for an HR Manager to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!
The Challenge
We are hiring for a Dutch HR Manager to help us attract and secure top-tier local Dutch talent across a range of roles within our organization. In addition to sourcing and placing candidates, this role also involves supporting local compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all hiring processes align with Dutch labor laws and standards.

Understand role requirements and candidate profiles
Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative recruitment strategies
Present qualified candidates to the hiring team for consideration
Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Support candidates throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience
Maintain a clear pipeline and track progress for ongoing recruitment projects
Own the local labor law and regulatory compliance of the company

Maintained a high standard of candidate submissions, with 90% of endorsed candidates progressing to interviews.
Your Team When You Join Us
You’ll be working directly with the CEO and closely collaborate with our Remote HR Manager and Team to understand role requirements and culture qualification to ensure candidate alignment. While you’ll operate independently, you’ll have access to the support and guidance of our remote HR team to help streamline the recruitment process and ensure seamless communication.
We would love to hear from you if…
You have 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
You are adept at recruiting in the local Dutch marketing, specifically sourcing talent through social media, job boards, and networking
You have solid understanding of the local Dutch labor low and regulatory compliances
You can report to our office at Nieuwegein every Monday and work remotely the rest of the week from 9AM - 5PM CET
You are a native Dutch speaker
You can commit to a full time commitment with us
You have strong communication and relationship-building skills
You can work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
You are resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional results
